If you buy lessons as a consumer, you have 14 days to change your mind without giving a reason. This page explains how it works, in plain language.

Use this form to withdraw from a purchase. Sebastian confirms receipt by email within two working days.

Sebastian has received it and confirms by email within two working days. Lessons are paused in the meantime. Any refund is made within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.

Your 14-day right
You can withdraw within 14 days of the day you paid. You do not have to give a reason.
Use the form on this page, or send a clear statement by email to hello@speakwithsebastian.com or by post to Speak with Sebastian, Rua Dr. António Manuel Dias da Silva 62, Nesperal - 6100-459 Sertã, Portugal. Your name, the email you used to pay, and the purchase date or Stripe receipt number are enough. Sending it within the 14 days is what counts.
If lessons have already started
When you sign up on the website, you ask for lessons to start right away. If you then withdraw within the 14 days, you pay for the lessons already given, at your package’s price per lesson, and get the rest back. The free intro call is never charged.
Example: you bought 10 lessons for €250 (€25 per lesson) and had 2 lessons. If you withdraw within the 14 days, you get €200 back.
If all lessons in the package were given within the 14 days at your request, the right to withdraw no longer applies.
What happens next
Sebastian confirms your withdrawal by email within two working days and pauses your lessons. Your refund is made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, using the same payment method, at no cost to you.
After the 14 days
After the withdrawal period, packages are not refunded for a change of mind. Unused lessons are refunded if Sebastian cannot provide them, as explained in the terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.
